Advanced specialist care that considers mother and baby together.
A perinatologist, also known as a maternal-fetal medicine specialist, is an obstetrician-gynecologist who has completed advanced training in high-risk pregnancy and fetal medicine. Maternal medical conditions, fetal development, prenatal screening and diagnosis, and obstetric complications are assessed together.
Members of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including Prof. Dr. İbrahim Bildirici, have advanced training and experience in the obstetric, medical, genetic and surgical complications of pregnancy and their potential effects on both mother and baby.
Situations in pregnancy that may benefit from additional specialist assessment.
The presence of a risk factor does not necessarily mean there is a problem. The aim is to define risk appropriately and plan any necessary follow-up or diagnostic steps at the right time.

Twin, triplet and other multiple pregnancies
Hypertension, preeclampsia, diabetes or thyroid disease
